About our website

Our website is a catalogue and enquiry destination. No online payment or checkout is offered. Prices displayed are indicative and confirmed at the time of order. Product availability may change without notice due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

Enquiries and orders

Orders are confirmed only in writing, after a design consultation and receipt of the agreed advance. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces typically require 6 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are arranged offline via bank transfer, UPI or other agreed channels. Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

Fittings, alterations and returns

Our bespoke pieces are hand-tailored to your measurements and are non-returnable. We offer complimentary alterations for a defined period after delivery, as agreed at the time of order. Ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged in an unused condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection at our atelier.

Intellectual property

All designs, sketches, photography, brand marks and website content are the intellectual property of Galz by Gauri Agarwal. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access restricted areas, or upload any harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
